15 year old schoolgirl arrested for strangling and beheading friend in Sasebo, Japan

The victimized person, named as 15 year old Aiwa Matsuko was found by the Nagasaki prefectural police at the charged young lady's loft after Matsuko's guardians called police when she didn't return home.
